Something I think about in relation to the Change issues:

What percentage of the backlogged claims will insurers reject or deny? It should be zero, but you know.....

This from the POLITICO article is quite astonishing. Note how insurers believe they are helping:

'we are setting up a manual payment and claims submission process for providers'

The fix is more work for those that are trying to get paid for their work.

The AAFP journal FPM continues to publish the most up-to-date and applicable information to assist family physicians in their practices.

If you aren't receiving/following FPM I would encourage you to do so - great stuff for family docs.
