To celebrate Bob's 80th birthday, Caltech Chemistry & Chemical Engineering established the Bob and Helen Grubbs Fellowship. Bob was an ardent supporter of students, and even in his last few days he generously lent his time and energy to help multiple students at Caltech and elsewhere.
