What are three ways a hitter can increase their bat speed? ➡️ Physical Development ➡️ Mechanical Efficiency ➡️ Intention Each of these areas has immense value, and all three should be incorporated into your training to maximize bat speed development.

A simple game I like on high-intensity days: give hitters a bat-speed threshold (usually their avg BS) and require balls hit in their top 1/8 EV to earn a point. It forces hitters to swing fast while keeping direction clean for real contact quality. Controlled violence.
