During new year over ten years ago I almost took my own life. I spent this new year supporting others in the same boat. You really never know where life will take you.

As someone who has been directly impacted by suicide, it’s incredibly sad to see CHTV’s silence on this. This could’ve been a great chance to use their platform to discuss and raise awareness to our online actions and suicide. Instead, it appears they’ve swept it under the rug.

There are too many people dying over fetanyl. That is a fact. However, it is not a call for more policing. Where are the, i just RT someone asking this, at home fetanyl tests? This is a public health crisis, not a renewed called for a war on the poor, bodily autonomy or Black ppl

No one share their mental health struggles for attention. We don’t openly admit we’re autistic & ADHD to get anything extra I’ve done all of it to try to help people but it’s been tough on me, no lies

I was talking to somebody about grief and as I typed I wondered if anyone else grieving might benefit: “I was so busy giving myself grief grades that I couldn’t acknowledge how much I was still suffering.” I REALLY wanted everyone to know I was doing well, whatever that means.

“Drunk words are sober thoughts” Which is why drinking alcohol should never be used as an excuse for pos behavior. You are showing your true colors because you’ve drank your inhibition away :)

Stop using trauma as an excuse to mistreat and abuse the ppl you claim you love.

Shows that romanticize trauma, abuse and suicide.

Only reason people think you grow out of ADHD is because you eventually graduate from high school

I still remember the surging inspiration. It was 2019 and I was on my way to work, a pretty chill walk through the city right when the traffic makes you wonder why people bother. What I read would change my path forever.

It’s always that serious. We are trying to end the stigma that mental health carries and this perpetuates stigma and anyone dismissing this as “it’s just a joke” is also guilty of perpetuating stigma You may not have been hurt but those who have been affected by suicide might.

When you call someone out you hope that it’s a learning and teaching moment. Specially for someone with a platform. This is the moment to teach your following what not to do. And learn to do better. Changed behavior is the best apology.

Just letting people know that an #ADHD self diagnosis is absolutely valid 🫶🏼 someone that takes time to learn about why they might me struggling is amazing. Great job to those that search for answers 🙏🏼
