Consultant colleagues aren’t worth a third less than they were 15 years ago. My sign isn’t quite as good as John Hanley’s OG, but junior doctors are returning the support and are 100% behind you. We’re a united profession in the face of catastrophic pay cuts. #ConsultantStrike
