I was really pleased to join so many from the community at Hanworth Park House and support today’s Classic Car show that showcases both our history and the potential for the future.

I’m really proud to have worked for years to support the project to regenerate this amazing house and bring it back into community use. The rate of progress however is far too slow. It's urgent for all parties to come together to see this vital project finally begin.

As always the community comes out to visit Hanworth Park House.803 visited with low key advertising so it’s always easy to draw people in to the historic views.Classic cars, music and food resulted in a lovely day. Well done to the friends of HPH and volunteers who made it happen

We have been so lucky to have you on this journey and we look forward with you with us. I totally agree that progress is far too slow and too much red tape. Any more delays and more reports will just fail the project soon and people could just back out.

I was on the Hounslow Council planning committee that approved this project, and I'm delighted the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan has also now given it the green light. It's an exciting project that will save Hanworth Park House, enhance Hanworth Park and create new jobs and council homes.

During last nights monthly Friends of Hanworth Park House we took a few minutes to celebrate the results of many years of work to see the project to save the historic house and grounds get approval by the mayor of London last week.

The friends of Hanworth Park House are sad to announce the passing of Rangel who was the head of the family who lives at HPH as part of its security team. Rangel who has been keeping it safe up to 19 years will be greatly missed. The friends have donated £100 in his memory
