The Best Start Family Hub’s have the potential to be as transformative as the Sure Start centres created by The Labour Party. I’m pleased Redbridge will develop one of the first - providing guidance and support to families, benefiting from health, early years, parenting +more, advice.

I met a local resident at the supermarket who’d just moved into her new council home after waiting years. The relief & impact on her family’s life was a joy to hear. Sadly, many families live in unsuitable insecure housing, we need more social housing & sustainable homes built.

Pleasure to launch the @redbridgelive Family Help Pre & Post Birth Service with Wes Streeting & Lloyd Duddridge It’s a superb partnership with Department for Education North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) providing vital support to families when needed most.
