I am extremely frustrated with the amount of time wasted by Amazon Help I've been either on the phone/chat and the agents go through the same steps with no resolution. Then they pass me on to a new agent. 2 hours of my life wasted tonight.

When my students try to access SlidesMania 💛 they get a window that says they need to request access. When I try, I get the use template button. Is this something in the google admin panel that’s blocking them?
