Fun Fact: food doesn't reach your stomach bcz of gravity. it gets pushed by muscles in your food pipe (peristalsis) & this is controlled by your brain.

Jet lag hits harder with age. I use 1mg melatonin to sleep, but most tablets in India are 3mg and not all are well-regulated. So, don’t self-dose. Ask your doctor.
