As my journey of parkruns continues, I made it to the isle of man Nobles parkrun this morning. A challenging course with a great atmosphere and brilliant volunteers. That's Run 97 at the 66th location. The challenge is ongoing .

This morning was a special morning were I completed my 100th parkrun Ireland at home in Castlerea. I started parkrun 2016 but gave up after 3 runs thinking this isn't for me I'm not a runner. As a leader on OT RTÉ 2018 i discovered how brilliant parkrun is.tks for all the support
