The Maritime and Coastguard Agency has undertaken a review of MGN 469 - Non-Passenger Vessels: Applicable Safety Standards for Vessels Operating Solely on Inland Waterways in the United Kingdom. This reflects updates to legislation. Feedback can be submitted to the MCA by 06 June 2023.
