🧵 I can see a lot of work went into this but how do I know this is for midwifery? I am 5 pages in before the word midwife appears. If it includes midwives then the midwife needs to be mentioned and acknowledged...preferably in the title/front page. 1/

We have the CNO supported by multiple nursing staff (6) & a midwife 'advisor' (1). Midwifery representation not even mentioned in the message from CNO - 'wider team'. Midwives are not advisors to nurses. Midwifery is a legally separate profession&this does not read well 2/
