Actually, soaps do help. The virus is a self-assembled nanoparticle and the weakest link is the lipid bilayer. When you wash your hands with soap it dissolves the fatty membrane and the virus falls apart thus becoming “inactive”. Please wash your hands.

My parents watched that hour-long Epoch Times/NTD “documentary” on the origin of the coronavirus, which means then I had to watch it. Here are my annotations, feel free to use them. If you disagree don’t expect to debate me, I have no desire to spend any more time on this.

You’re not an interventional radiologist unless you’ve cannulated a vessel no one knew existed with a device no one’s ever seen to fix a problem no one thought could be fixed

I guess the lesson is find somebody to sleep with who knows how to do CPR. Seriously don’t waste your time with non-CPR people, it’s a matter of life or death.

What does a herd immunity look like for the US? 330 million Americans. ~75% must get virus to get herd immunity. Thats 247 million. Let’s say overall fatality rate will be 0.5%. That’s 1.24 million dead. On average, two more people in our lives will be dead than “should be”

How many healthcare workers will die two months from now because of the choices people made this weekend? Is this what doctors and nurses have risked their lives for, week after week, since March? For people to get to drink with their friends?
