💧 Stay on top of your hydration game! A quick look at your urine color 🌈 can help you know if you’re drinking enough water. Everyone's needs are different — weather & activity matter! Make it a daily habit to check in. #HeatAwarenessWeek

Pets are particularly vulnerable in the heat. 🐇🐕🐈When you’re walking your pet, watch their paws! If it’s too hot for you, it’s too hot for them. Get little booties for their feet, always bring extra water, & NEVER leave them in a hot car unattended. #HeatAwareness

🥵 Feeling the heat? 👉 Make sure your ceiling fan is spinning counterclockwise to push that cool air down. 🔥 If it’s hitting 90°F or higher inside, treat yourself to some AC—find a cool spot nearby: 1.azdhs.gov/3Yu2LxO #HeatAwareness
