I often get short sharp stabbing pains in my ovaries when I’m on my period. Can barely Get off the sofa. Can’t really function. Is that normal? Or something like #endometriosis or worth asking a dr about?

This is going to sound really dumb, but how do you recognise signs of inflammation? I know when I have an allergy, my legs then look and feel much bigger the next day. When I run, or attempt to, my face puffs up the next day. But how do you know what inflammation is?
