Please stop using the term ‘hybrid learning model’. It’s ‘fractured learning model.’ Students get split attention. And it leaves teachers overworked, often forced to use their own technology. Curious in what way this benefits the learning experience.

For all the non-educators commenting about how to organize what educators are doing at schools: you have no idea what you are talking about.

Why have only 41% of Ontario educators been vaccinated compared to 65% of the adult population? Because Ontario chose not to prioritize their vaccination. Schools are only essential when it’s convenient.
