City should master plan areas of all 30, 1/2 to 1Km diameter. Now! Opens poss. for 300,000 homes.

Hybrid work has given small cities and towns a new lease on life.
But small is not good or bad. They need same as 15-min city: walkable, trees, bike, retail, transit, libraries, programs, community...
Most small are not nice... gigantic parking lots & streets. Lifeless. Change.

Past 20 yrs politicians find streetcars sexier, more votes.
Buses: cheaper, flexible, if 1 breaks down others go around and line not blocked.

Mississauga deserves better than Dipika Damerla's populism .
Former mayor H_Mc did not have guts to do BRT on Burhamthorpe, now it's wasted on hwy. Traffic is worse.
Cancelling Bloor protected bikelanes will NOT improve traffic, it'll make street unsafe for all.

Grateful! Sunday morning run with many thousands, enjoying presence of each other.
Some in media just highlight inconvenience for cars… I see people, of all ages & backgrounds and their families & friends, having fun, using the PUBLIC space, streets.
