This is a bit technical but highlights the unreality of house values in the current market.
Discounted future cash flows represents the total possible future earnings that can be got by an occupant from a property. Even at current rents that's far below what's being asked.

This is infantilising of an electorate that voted for Cameron, Brexit, May and Johnson, all in accordance with the British constitution.

People knew well what they were voting for - becoming a third country.

They just assumed the restrictions (90/180) wouldn't apply to Britons
