#Trauma will look differently for each of us. We also cope very differently. We also have our own varying struggles. Do not assume that someone does not have trauma just because they have decided to not speak. Maybe the world has shunned them for speaking out?

I wish all #Parents knew this. I always try to set a good example when I'm around my friends' #Children because part of me wishes I had an excellent #RoleModel growing up, and I wonder how different I would be if I had that.
