Your education is important, or, it may not be. That choice is yours. Don't let others decide that for you, if possible.

If you have work you're putting off, maybe make an effort to do that now. Even five minutes can be beneficial.

If you're going through a hard time right now, realize how strong you are. Even if it takes a long time, you can get through it.

Take care of yourself, like eat and drink and shower and take your medicine. You're important, just like everyone else.

Maybe hug a plushie today. Greg has gotten me a few and they're soft and an easy comfort. So maybe try that.

Distractions are helpful, even if they only last a short while. It'll help take your mind off of things.

If you can't tackle your problems now, that's okay. It might take time. Take a step back and perhaps reevaluate the situation.

Take a moment and do what you love, whether it be drawing, writing, reading, singing, anything at all. It'll make you feel a bit better.

Take a moment to stop and smell the roses. Hehe! Greg wanted me to say that.

Listen to your favorite song, maybe sing along and dance to it too.

If you have a significant other, tell them you love them if you haven't yet today. And if you don't have a special someone, tell a friend!

I understand humans have pets, so if you have one, maybe pet them or give them a treat.

Maybe go on a walk and focus on your surroundings. Take in the beauty around you.

Take a moment and help someone out today, whether it be making them laugh, giving advice, or even just talking. It can make things better.

If you don't have family, that's perfectly okay. Not everyone can keep contact with them. It doesn't make you any less important.

Make a list, whether it be of things to do or even things you like about yourself. It'll keep you organized.

Have you straightened up your room yet? Maybe take a moment and do that. A clean workspace might help.

Even if you feel like you aren't worth anyone's time, I can assure you that you are. Someone cares about you. I care about you.
