It’s the third time that I enter Homs, and every time it breaks my heart. The ICRC Syria with the Syrian Red Crescent, we do our part, but the size of the physical and mental needs is overwhelming.

Eerie calm this morning. Yesterday, I was able to access places most affected by fighting, close to ICRC Yemen Office. Red Cross and Yemeni Red Crescent team may now cautiously attempt to help most vulnerable for the first time in 72 hours.
