👏👏👏 Big news from today’s ASEAN Leaders’ summit with a decision in principle to admit Timor Leste as the 11th ASEAN Member State. Congratulations to Timor Leste and ASEAN!

At the symbolic moment that Timor Leste is in principle considered for membership of ASEAN, ICRC team is proud to be interacting in Dili in seminar on capacity building with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that I opened online from Jakarta.
