There’s a lot of stress and doubt when diving into intern year. But last night I sat across the operating table from Christian de Virgilio MD FACS as he coached me through my first full case as a surgeon junior. PGY3 and PGY4 sat patiently and watched with encouragement. Doubt gone. This is it.
