Having the pre sale sign up for 2 weeks was insane. Having her first tour in 7 years in arenas is insane. Having limited stops & tour dates is insane. I would’ve rather waited 2 more years for her to rest & have a bigger tour than this mess of a ticket sale.

Things they did wrong for the “eternal sunshine tour”: #1. Arenas not stadiums #2. Made the presale registration too accessible #3. Made the presale registration too lengthy #4. Advertised the tour too much #5. Summer time (no school) #6. SeatGeek partnership

Hello Team Ariana, is it possible for the orders of tickets currently being resold to be cancelled and re-listed for another sale? A large portion of the tickets went to resellers and scalpers, not ACTUAL fans. #EternalSunshineTour

i don’t think we are talking enough about how resellers were able to get THIS many tickets. this is basically a quarter of the arena sold to just people wanting to resell.
