my (sadly unpopular) opinion is that i don’t think performers need to damn near kill themselves with rehearsals and diets in order to be a good performer. i understand some rehearsals needs to be difficult and lengthy, but rest is often likely a better solution than overworking.

manon was never lazy, she just wasn't ever gonna push her body and health past its limits when she knew she didn't have too. everything she stands for ends up coming out to be something everyone should of supported her on. truly ahead of her time!
