had only oatmeal today, because i ate late and didn’t get hungry till night. with period bloating, i’ll call today a mini detox day. tomorrow: omelette with two eggs, red pepper and zucchini for breakfast, salad with grilled chicken breast and some rice for dinner.

A lot of people have an extremely low emotional intelligence, and for people like me, whose emotional intelligence is high, loneliness becomes almost inevitable. Because when they lie or try to manipulate, we see it instantly and figure it out right away.
