I stopped worrying about everyone else and focused on myself. Everything else just fell into place.

Today marks the first day of suicide prevention awareness month. This month always hits me hard and I’ve typed this 20 times trying to find the right words, but please look out for one another. Help people find the resources they need. And asking for help isn’t a sign of weakness
