Myself and the other West Lothian MSYP’s had an amazing time at #SYP78. I voted in favour of all motions due to the outcome of my consultation and am delighted to announce that all member’s motions and committee motions passed! So so proud to be an MSYP.

Also HUGE congratulations to the fabulous ruby cardie (she/her) for winning the One to Watch award at #SYP78 !! So happy to see her being recognised for all her amazing work, both within our constituency, as well as a national level 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Very informative night doing consultation work with West Lothian CLD Youth Services - great to hear other young people’s perspectives on issues that matter most to them in West Lothian and for them to have the chance to feed back to elected members!

It was a privilege to give a talk at The Larder’s #emergencyfoodsummit surrounding young people’s right to food and choice. I also enjoyed sharing my opinion on what needs to be done to stop young people going hungry this winter with BBC Radio Scotland

It was such a privilege to talk alongside @KaydenceMSYP and reiterate the current food crisis we are facing and offer suggestions from young people as to how this problem can be lessened. Thank you Perm Sec Scot and the Executive Team!

Last week myself and ruby cardie (she/her) met with our local MSP Fiona Hyslop to discuss issues affecting young people in Scotland and in our constituency - very productive meeting with actions to take forward 😊

I love that my constituency is full of close-knit communities- people are happy to help each other out in times of need!
