My dad took me wild camping on Dartmoor when I was 8. I’ll never forget the exhilaration, the sense of being a tiny part of a wild and wonderful world, the importance of leaving no trace. I was hoping to take my 8 year old to do the same thing. #RightToRoam

had absolutely incredible time seeing Daisy Hildyard in conversation with Ellen Wiles last night. Daisy has just won the Royal Society of Literature prize and I can’t wait to delve more into her work. Thanks to The Lit Platform Fest for such an incredible evening.
