I created a document with powerful prompts you can use in NotebookLM to generate flashcards, podcast-style overviews, quizzes, and more ✨ Access it here: drive.google.com/drive/folders/… I’ll be updating it regularly with even more high-quality prompts, so be sure to keep checking back.

On the topic of sample size in qualitative research, this 2026 paper can also be really helpful as it discusses not only the concept of data saturation but also the concepts of information power and information redundancy:

The scariest finding in this paper: the subjects couldn't tell it was happening. UPenn ran this study on 48 healthy adults. One group slept 8 hours. Another slept 6. Another slept 4. For 14 straight days. They tested cognitive performance every 2 hours from 7:30am to 11:30pm.

Sample size is definitely an often talked about issue in qualitative research. Another new article asking “How Many Interviews Do I Need?” Kasper Trolle Elmholdt, Michael Gill, Jeppe Agger Nielsen, 2026 journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/10…

Kurang tidur (<6 jam setiap hari) selama 2 minggu berturut-turut dapat menurunkan kemampuan kognitif kita. Kurang tidur ini sering banget loh sebenernya kita alami, TAPI kita gak sadar. Kok bisa? Yuk kita bahas! Jadi ada penelitian yang menunjukkan durasi tidur <6 jam per hari
