Busy few days in Nairobi, examining regional terrorism trends and pressing for inclusive, human rights-based counterterrorism measures at Global Counterterrorism Forum events. Great to catch up with old friends, and an absolute pleasure to spend some quality time with Global Center on Cooperative Security’s Nairobi team!
