Welcomed attention to renewal of the UNSCR 2664 humanitarian carveout for United Nations #CT #sanctions . As Global Center shared in discussions, indefinite extension is a vital signal of sustained commitment from the #UN which should be carried over in #FATF Rec6 to ensure a cohesive approach.

Today, Global Center was pleased to contribute to a multistakeholder working group on #dereisking and financial access for #NPOs hosted by CSIS with support from USAID. The mounting humanitarian crisis globally only underscores the immediate critical need for practical solutions.

#ISRAR Coalition recently held a pilot training on Supporting Women’s Civil Society in the Prevention of Violent Extremism. It's part of a continued partnership w/Global Center on empowering women to combat #ViolentExtremism through education & advocacy, sponsored by Canada in Morocco.
