Year 6 have had fun playing a rounding game by Teach Active! The children competed in teams to run and collect numbers to make a 4,5 or 6 digit number. They worked together to round to 10, 100, 1000, 10000 and 100,000 😊 so much excellent discussion. Our Lady Star ot Sea

Year 6 loved the Teach Active negative numbers game 😊 A race to match the thermoters to the temperatures of the different countries then a challenge to make questions based on their information. They enjoyed answering each others challenging questions! Our Lady Star ot Sea

Year 5 are loving learning about the history of Seaforth 😍 Seaforth Sands was where the Victorians went on holiday, a dog racing track where the children now play and a funfair where many now live. Fascinating stuff! @ Our Lady Star ot Sea

What a fantastic way to launch our Alliance! 😀 Our volunteers braved the wind and rain this morning to clear a large section of path of moss and grass at Bowersdale Park. Protecting and maintaining our green spaces is one of our goals, so a perfect first action. More to come 💪
