What if grocery stores created pre-packaged bags w/ 2-weeks worth of supplies, and put them at front of store? Encourage people to “shop normally” but also pick up 1 pre-packaged bag to put aside at home in case needed later. Would that help, or would ppl still hoard, I wonder?
