The gray district would have been won by Trump by 2 points in 2016, while HRC would've won the green one by just 4 points. So, at least the former would likely be a swing seat.

Although NE-2 is a competitive district, it has two distinct halves. In blue is the diverse part of the district based in Omaha, which Clinton won by 25% in 2016; Trump won the red portion by 20%. Clinton matched Obama in the blue but turnout surged in the red from 2008 to 2016.
