Well, just as I was starting to get back into running, I’ve got an Achilles injury. Running will be on pause for a couple of months while I focus on rehab and getting stronger

What a day lol. 7:20am start, forgot my water, taxi nearly crashed, bag searched at Heathrow for a power bank 🙄 Swedish trains cancelled twice, delayed every 5 mins, then ticket guy sent everyone the wrong way. Had to move twice 😂 7:20am to 11pm. Done but made it 🇸🇪

Got my recovery walk in despite being sick 5 days into Sweden 🤧🚶‍♂️ Fresh air fixes everything… almost
