A4: Our first job as teachers is to make sure that EVERYONE in our class feels welcomed. My students matter! To me, this looks like normalizing conversations around gender, sexuality, pronouns, etc. It's a natural part of life! #ElonEd

A5: I LOVE this question! While I didn't do any freedom dreaming during the pandemic, I'm currently freedom dreaming through my research in antiracism and teaching/learning outside! What would this look like? How would my students feel? I can't wait to try it in my class #ElonEd

A6: I like the UDL framework because it provides multiple pathways for accessing content so students always has pathways that works best for them #ElonEd
