Worth reminding that there are two elements at play for doctors’ pay 1/ A pay rise like other public sector workers 2/Restoring the pay that doctors have lost as per Dr Tony Goldstone’s graph. Both need addressing to enable & facilitate utilising the skills & expertise of doctors.
