What we have done this week? In our centre we performed 3 D mapping ablation of #permenantAF and #papillermuscleVES. First patient was suffered from #AF for about 5 years. The second patient had 16000 beat/day #VPC originated from anterolateral papiller muscle. Thanks for my crew

What we have done today? We performed #AF ablation with #PVI isolation. Our patient had #AF for about 4 years. The best result in this case was we gained sinus rhythm during ablation.
