With schools closing for the Winter Break and working our way into the New Year, I want to remind educators that we are in a noble profession. We never want to extinguish a scholar's hope as that may be all that they have. To hope and dreams for 2020 - may they come true!

Our (Jane and I) publisher informed us that our book on Early Childhood and The Student Empowerment Program will be released in March. Our goal should be to empower teachers and teach students to self regulate their learning so they are self dependent and not teacher dependent

Jane and I are going to expand our Early Childhood Education and the Student Empowerment Program book into a new book about Student Empowerment for K - 12 students. As soon as that book is done, I had started a book on teacher questioning and had 4 chapters completed.

Happy days are here again. The Board extended my contract until June 30, 2022 at Academy for Urban Leardership! How great that I will be able to inclement my Pathway Program. How exciting!!

The journey continues. June 30, I finished as interim Superintendent at the Academy for Urban Leadership. July 1, I start as an interim principal in Jamesburg for three months! The leadership is outstanding. I am lucky to be there and looking forward to a rewarding experience.

Last night I was appointed Middle High School Principal in South Amboy. I finish my internship at Jamesburg on September 19 and start in South Amboy on September 20. I will be working with Frank Zalocki, VP at the school, who my data specialist when I worked for the state
