At "soon to be 46 years old" , I received a great compliment from the neighbor's son. I was told I was cheating because I'm on TRT. I am not. Weird times when being naturally fit in your mid 40's is considered rare and cheating.

Saw it advertised on FB. Decided to give it a try. With some lime juice it was a good replacement for dry January. It certainly helped relax me in the evening.

Has worked for me for the past four years. Once I started leveraging my protein, the results were simple to obtain. Add in time and consistency to the equation and BOOM! Results.
