How does Ted ⚡️ Naiman stay lean and ripped? What’s his shopping list for foods?

Some “shocking” items here for the average low carber. It just goes to show that there’s more than one way to success:

Congratulations! 💪

I assume you mean 'satiety,' though, honestly, sanity is also a good name for the whole approach.

What's the number one mistake that people make about satiety?

Also, how can chicken breast and broccoli be high satiety per calorie (SPC), if people do not really feel full eating them?

This may be the biggest misunderstanding that stops people from using satiety to lose weight…

Here's the latest week of high eating & improving our Hava app and web!

It was a more routine week, and I scored pretty well: 59 average satiety over the week and a very solid 216 grams of protein per day.

This is while eating out about once a day and often just…

Are you trying to create something as an entrepreneur? Here are some truly bad pieces of advice to learn from.

I wish I had had more confidence to continually reject these flawed ideas throughout my career but live and learn.

⚠️ Warning, this thread will offend every diet tribe in the known universe.

It also makes perfect sense. Great job, Ted ⚡️ Naiman; we should make a video out of this.

People who eat low carb eat the least if they eat high protein, NOT high fat, and about 10% carbs (zero carbs work too, but slightly worse).

Take this data with a grain of salt; it's observational and does not prove cause and effect. However, great food for thought:

Thank you. It's funny with everyone who says I changed my mind to make 'easy money' with the satiety approach. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Almost nobody asked for this so it's absurdly hard. But I know it's the right thing to do. We're creating something amazing.

Can CGMs be harmful?

Continuous glucose monitors are big business these days, and for sure, they can be helpful. Especially for people with type 1 diabetes and anyone treated with insulin, they can be a godsend. 🙌

However, they are now also promoted as tools for anyone to…

Why do people feel hungry after eating only skinless chicken breast (79) or egg whites (89)? Isn't that supposed to be very high satiety per calorie?

This is a common misunderstanding. SPC is powerful & you can go too high on average (you'll eat too little). The goal is balance.

On potential conflicts of interest.

Transparency is important. Since I was recently challenged on this here on X, I want to clarify any potential conflicts of interest I may have.

There is nothing wrong with making money; it is indeed necessary to run a business. However,…
