Some therapies aren’t futuristic. They’re ancient. And missing. We didn’t evolve with near-infrared light. We evolved inside it. It was the constant backdrop from dawn to dusk, even in the shade. But now? It’s been stripped from our built world. Windows block it. Gyms avoid it.
