Another factor is the past closing of childrenโ€™s preventive services across all agencies.

Iโ€™m assuming that this is now including mental health support teams in schools and possibly other new services. Anxiety is such a catch all term for normal stress response, specific mental illness and symptom of other mental health conditions.
