This is correct in that we need to increase healthcare people and spaces. To add to this we need:

1. Increased training spots
2. Increased team players (PA's and NP's)
3. Increased CSA recruitment for family medicine PGME spots
4. Increased recruitment inducements.

Concerns 1) patients fall between organizational cracks 2) inefficient/costly 3) health providers won't want to come to AB if reorg perceived as chaotic 4) waste of frontline workers' time to come up to speed on changes 5) lack of evidence supporting a less integrated system. /8
