Completely agree with Alex Hutchinson here. Funny enough, another paper out last week reported basically the same thing in elite rowers - subjective feelings are as good or better than objective markers (testosterone, cortisol, creatine kinase, etc.) pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40469869/
