We’re done. Many thanks to the investigators and patients of the HI-PEITHO trial of ultrasound-assisted catheter lysis+LMWH vs LMWH alone. To randomise 544 patients with PE in a trial such as this, with patients having two or more of HR>100/SBP<110/Sats<90 or RR>20, is a major
