Pretty worrying growth over 10 years. With what seems like less and less capacity to increase throughput.

On page 80 of 82 pages too…. Consultants on page 78, after the most difficult 3 years the NHS has had, with less staff than it had. Go figure.

These graphs are *terrifying*👇 It all feels a bit like the MMC/MTAS debacle all over again So important that we open up sufficient training numbers to fill workforce shortfalls *and* ensure those not in formal training get mirrored T&Cs
