And yet amongst SAS doctors (the most diverse group) only 0.8% are clinical leads, 0.1% are medical directors, 0.2% governance leads, and only 0.2% have director roles. (BMA FOI request to 235 NHS trusts) Those peaks remain snowy white in many places. #SASsix
