Nice to see Josh Morgerman's data acknowledged in PAGASA's preliminary report for STY #ManYi (#PepitoPH). Min MSLP recorded by the Baler synop station to the south of iCylone's location was 965.6 mb with a max gust of 58 m/s (~113 kts).
